How to SuperYogify your kids:
- Spend time in nature. The waves of the ocean sound similar to the waves of the breath. Start by simply noticing.
- Bring to your child's attention the way their body feels when its calm. Make them aware of what it feels like to feel calm and grounded, when their energy is not scattered.
- Practice yoga together. If your kids see you practice yoga they will be curious.
- Before bed introduce simple mindfulness practices such as a body scan or mindful breathing.
